IATROGENIC BLADDER STONE DUE TO SUTURE MATERIAL AFTER CESAREAN SECTION
نویسندگان
چکیده
Mesane taşları bayan hastalarda nadiren görülmektedir
ve bu nedenle geçirilmiş pelvik cerrahilere bağlı
 iyatrojenik nedenler akla gelmelidir. cerrahileri
ya da mesaneye yakın cerrahilerde mesaneden
 sütür geçilmesine bağlı taş oluşabilmektedir.
 Bu deneysel hayvan çalışmalarında da
 gösterilmiştir. Sezaryen ameliyatı öyküsü bulunan,
materyali etrafında oluşan mesane taşı olgusunu
 endoskopik tedavisini sunuyoruz.

Spontaneous complete migration of suture material after subcuticular continuous suture in cesarean section: a case report
BACKGROUND Skin closure during cesarean section is often performed with subcuticular running sutures by using a nonabsorbable suture material. However, this material has the risk of incomplete removal after wound healing and can migrate to other sites in rare cases. CASE PRESENTATION A 34-year-old Korean woman who had undergone a cesarean section 5 months prior presented with a fine, blue obj...
متن کاملUrolithiasis on non-absorbable suture material: a rare case of bladder stone on polypropylene suture material.
I read the article by Mannan et al with great interest.(1) The authors have presented several interesting cases from Pakistan regarding foreign bodies in the bladder, which is a significant contribution to the literature. However, there were no cases of polypyroplene suture encrustation in bladder in the series. We would like to report a rare case from Turkey, in which a bladder stone was forme...

conclusions patient characteristics has important role in suture material degradation. impaired suture hydrolysis in uterus incision may cause abnormal uterine bleeding. it is interesting to demonstrate whethersuture degradation in previous cesarean section has a role in formation of placenta accrete or not .this issue needs more investigation. because there is no similar case in literature, we...
متن کاملSubcutaneous Tissue: To Suture or Not to Suture at Cesarean Section
OBJECTIVE The null hypothesis for this investigation was that there was no difference in the frequency of wound disruption between women who had their subcutaneous tissues approximated with suture and those who did not during cesarean section. METHODS During alternating months, consecutive women delivered by cesarean section either did (N = 716) or did not (N = 693) have their subcutaneous ti...
متن کاملBirth after cesarean section
BACKGROUND The number of incoming expectant women who have previously experienced cesarean section has increased. This work sought to find the frequency and connections between vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and iterative cesarean sections from 2004 to 2008. MATERIAL/METHODS In all, 828 women with previous cesarean sections were included. From this group, 8282 vaginal deliveries were ...
